The team at THP has created a follow along fitness plan that you can do daily side by side THP coaches via our virtual app. We wanted to bring the training principles we utilize every day on the top PGA Tour, Korn Ferry Tour, and elite Amateur athletes that we have the privilege of training, directly to you at home. Over our history, we have helped countless athletes gain speed and resiliency while improving consistency on the course, all while reducing nagging injuries.

It most certainly can! We wanted to bring together a collection of tips and tricks we use daily for golfers and humans of all skill levels to help them reach their goals. These movements are proven to help you get more out of your training, swing, and everyday life, regardless of your skill level. Each golfer is a human at their core, and humans respond to movement in a similar way no matter their handicap.
“I don’t have all that fancy equipment from your studio, will I be able to do this?”
Yes! We made our free program accessible to all by using no equipment. You will be able to do the exercises from anywhere. If you are interested in continuing on to our paid golf fitness program (more info below) all you will need is a TRX unit and FMT band, both of which we have discounted rates specifically for you!

We’re glad you asked, it’s simple! All you need to do is click this link to be taken to our Free Golf Fitness Training Program. From there, click BUY and follow the steps to set up an account. You’ll see we “charge” $1 for this program, but we have you covered! Put in the promo code “GOLF” and you will be all set! There will be no charges to your credit card on file.
From there, download the Teambuildr Training app on the App Store or Google Play Store and login with your username and password you just created. We will have more information ready to come directly to you to ensure the program goes off without a hitch. All you need to do is log in, make sure you have your training space and water bottle ready, and click play on the follow along videos! (best viewed with headphones)

All you need to do is answer a few questions on how you move, and we will pair you with the right program for you. The Virtual Golf Fitness Program is pre-programmed and focuses on the following:
