Over on our THP Instagram, we shared a series entitled "Carrying" this month and it was so well received that we wanted to make sure our blog readers got it too!
Now, I don't know about you but to me Carrying sounds pretty self-explanatory. You pick it up, you walk with it, and you set it down. But for anyone that has had to do a few laps of a Farmer's Carry or even a few laps from the car to the house with the groceries, we know Carrying isn't as easy as it seems.
It's like the THP team knew we'd feel like that and created these gems!
The first tip of walking on the entire foot is HUUUUGE. Make sure that the entire foot is finding contact with the ground and your carrying will take on a whole new feeling.
The second tip we have is for carrying at a front rack position! For that one, we are going to take you to our instagram page and the very knowledgeable Ash will share more!
Then the next informational video shared in this series was regarding overhead stability! We want to make sure that you're really locking those hips and core in order to keep yourself from tweaking anything.
We hope this series brought you lots of great insight and let us know below if you'll be implementing the tips you've learned!
