In the past blogs, we've touched on mobility and stability and today we are going to talk about what happens when it all comes together.

First of all, motor control is the output system. It is the ability to do the skill the exact same way every single time it's done. It's the same sequencing each time.

Here at THP, all aspects of your physicality is our priority. Yes, we aim for you to have range of motion (mobility) and the strength to back it but we also desire for you to be present in your movement and be able to correctly apply that flexibility and strength.

Motor control is a learned skill. It is not "some people have it and some don't." If you want to learn more about THP and how we train for efficient movement patterns, message us! We'd be happy to talk with you.
